✨Today is International Self-Care Day, a reminder of the importance of self-care in maintaining overall wellbeing. This is particularly important for people living with Long COVID, who face persistent symptoms such as chronic fatigue and cognitive challenges.
Self-care can take many forms, from practising mindfulness and meditation to eating healthy foods or taking bath or a walk in nature. For people with Long COVID, self-care practices can help manage symptoms and improve daily functioning.
We use this day not only to encourage self-care practices, but also to raise awareness of the ongoing struggles of individuals with Long COVID and the importance of comprehensive support and understanding!💚
