Currently, there are no curative therapies for Post-COVID or ME/CFS. A German study led by Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin proposes the evaluation of drugs targeting different mechanisms in clinical trial networks using harmonized diagnostic and outcome criteria.
This proposed approach, recently published by Frontiers in Medicine, could pave the way for more rapid development of drugs as well as therapeutic solutions for patients suffering from these diseases.
