Clinical phenotypes and quality of life to define post-COVID-19 syndrome: a cluster analysis of the multinational, prospective ORCHESTRA cohort

The H2020 ORCHESTRA project has just published a very interesting long COVID syndrome study in the eClinical Medicine journal. The study will help the design of clinical trials to improve symptoms and the impact on quality of life for Long COVID patients.

The results of the study allowed the identification of a severe long COVID at 12-months post-acute infection, which is characterized by the persistence of respiratory symptoms associated to chronic fatigue and pain.

Congratulations to the ORCHESTRA project for this excellent publication!
