Celebrate International Women’s Day: Empowering Women Worldwide!
As we celebrate International Women’s Day, we honour the remarkable achievements, resilience and contributions of women around the world. The day serves as a reminder of the progress that has been made towards gender equality.
In our Long Covid project, funded by the European Commission, we have the vision and strong commitment to work for gender equality in European research. We have strong Gender Equality Plans in place to ensure equal opportunities for all team members. This is in line with the principles of Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI).
We are pleased to have a gender balanced team in our Long Covid project, and even more, we have a female coordinator in our project! This also highlights the crucial role of women in leadership, especially in science!
Together, we can build a more inclusive and equitable environment for women. So today and every day, let’s stand together in solidarity with women everywhere.
